Post A Job

The Association for Institutional Research (AIR) supports higher education professionals in the collection, analysis, interpretation, and communication of data, and the strategic use of information for effective decision making and planning. AIR provides resources, innovative practices, and professional development opportunities for AIR members and the higher education community, including professionals from institutional research, effectiveness, assessment, planning, and related fields.

AIR accepts job postings for jobs in, or related to, the fields listed above.

  1. Blind job postings are not accepted. All required fields must be completed appropriately. An asterisk denotes a required field.

  2. All submissions are reviewed before posting. Submitters will receive confirmation via email that the job listing was posted, or if not, why.

  3. Job listings received before Friday at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) will be posted by Wednesday of the following week and will remain on the site for at least 60 days. Contact to extend your job posting.

  4. Although the Jobs Board application accepts web links to direct users to the source, AIR strongly encourages posting of complete details and requirements to improve the response rate for your listing.

  5. If including an internal organizational employment term or reference (“Tier 1 salary”, “Admin. Class”, “OPS”, etc.), please provide a reference where job seekers may obtain the complete definition of the term.

Note: When you click on the Post Job button below, you will first be directed to create or update your AIR profile, which is required prior to interacting with the AIR site.
