The Office of Survey Research and Analysis at GW collaborated with the Center for Career Services, External Relations, Business Intelligence, and Student Affairs to create an interactive visualization of undergraduate student outcomes. Users can view where GW graduates are working and completing further education overall, or drill down to a school or major. Users can also interact with the charts to get more detailed results. For example, selecting a sector will update the location map, industry word cloud, and employer list, while selecting a degree will update the school word cloud and program list. The visualization was created with Tableau.

We continue to collect feedback on the visualization from our target audience, which includes prospective and current students, their parents, and GW faculty and staff. We make updates based on this feedback (e.g., implementing a smartphone friendly version), and also add new data by the end of April each year.
